7. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations: Customers may cancel a service by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply as detailed in the Service Agreement.
  2. Company-Initiated Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or Customer’s breach of these Terms. Refund policies for such cases will be detailed in the Service Agreement.
  3. Refunds: Refund eligibility is subject to the terms specified in the Service Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, related to our products and services, are owned or licensed by the Company.
  2. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property from the Company without explicit written consent.
  3. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback provided by you regarding our services may be used by the Company without compensation.

9. Warranty and Liability

  1. Service Warranty: The Company provides warranties as specified in the Service Agreement. Warranty coverage is subject to compliance with maintenance and usage guidelines.

  2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments will become due immediately, and your access to our services will be revoked.

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
